Strategic Leadership Team Meetings

The Lord has called North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship Church to be a "World Changing” church. In order to reach and maintain the standards of this powerful calling, it is crucial that we submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit and engage in proactive steps to become "World Changers”. Therefore, we have formed a "Strategic Leadership Team" to assess all current operations to ensure that we are properly positioned to become world changers as we fulfill our 4-E Purpose: Exalt the Savior, Equip and Encourage the Saints, and Evangelize the Sinner.

The Strategic Leadership Team is comprised of church leadership as well as members from the congregation-at-large. The process is being facilitated by Aubrey Malphurs, a uniquely gifted Dallas Theological Seminary professor who is an accomplished author with significant experience and a proven track record in Visionary Leadership and Strategic Planning. The team meets on weekends on a monthly basis and has progressed to the point where sharing our current findings are appropriate. Therefore, we are extending an invitation to interested members of our North Dallas family to observe our processes. Because of limited seating, interested members will need to register online.

The remaining meetings are scheduled on the following dates and times:

Fridays (6:00PM to 9:00PM)

Saturdays(8:00AM to 12:00Noon)

July 17th
July 18th
July 31st
August 1st
August 21st
August 22nd
September 4th
September 5th

The meetings are held on church property, in Building 1020. We are using a conference room in the suite that used to be occupied by the Washington Mutual Training Center. The suite can be found on the second floor of the building.

The following individuals serve on the Strategic Leadership Team: the Elders: Pastor Les Smith, Pastor Eldred McClean, Pastor Chip Lawson, Carland Whitaker, Hassen Pruitt, Daryl Lee, Dallas Diggs, Ron Silas, Fred Taylor and Al Wilson.
