Guest Call Team
Our Mission
NDCBF’s mission for the Guest Call Team Ministry is to ensure that each person that visits our church receives a personal touch from us.
Our Goals
To extend a warm welcome to every guest within a week of their visit by phone or email.
To determine whether the guests have a church home
To offer a personal invitation to our quarterly Guest Reception
To make each guest aware of the appropriate opportunities to study, serve and fellowship at North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship for their specific demographic
Our Process
Each week the Director of Assimilation or the Assmilation Ministry’s
Administrative Assistant sends the Guest Call Team a “Guest Call
Log” (see attached) via e-mail
- The card log has the Team member’s name (your name) followed
by a list of Guest for them to call.
- Team Members uses the Guest Call Script to call their people
within a week
- If no one answers the Team member will leave a message or
send an e-mail.
- We use the script as a guide, but encourage Team members to
let conversation flow naturally.
