The Connection Team is a collaborative of dedicated NDCBF members committed to integrating and incorporating new and existing members into the life and ministry of the church and community.  The team functions as part of the NDCBF Assimilation Ministry.

Team members are specially trained to help guide individuals in finding their best fit at home, at work, in the community, and at church.  The team consists of workshop facilitators, connection coaches, database managers, hosts, and marketing experts who manage and deliver PLACE workshops and support members in exploring and discovering God’s plan and purpose for them.

The Connection Team is the first stop clearinghouse for connecting to fellowship, study, volunteer work, and ministry service at NDCBF.

Hospitality Team

The purpose of the Hospitality Ministry is to help create a warm and welcoming environment at various events hosted by North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship. This is accomplished as we assist with set up, serving and clean up at events.
Some of the past and current serving opportunities include: New Member Celebration, NDCBF-Hosted Funerals, Deacon Ordination Ceremonies, and Seder Passover Meal
.

Guest Call Team

Mission - NDCBF’s mission for the Guest Call Team Ministry is to ensure that each person that visits the church receives a personal touch from us.

Our Goals
To extend a warm welcome to every guest within a week of their visit by telephone or e-mail,
To determine whether the guests have a church home,
To offer a personal invitation to the quarterly Guest Reception.
To make each guest aware of the appropriate opportunities to study, serve and fellowship at North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship based on their specific demographic information.

Welcome Committee

Our purpose is to assist Ministry Leaders in creating a warm and friendly, Christian environment for visitors and members by offering smiles, hugs, greetings and overall hospitality during church functions by assuming strategic positioning before, during and after each function. Our positions are at the doors but we are so much more. It is ministry. We seek God’s face and His counsel to fulfill our purpose.

For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand, I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. Psalms 84:10 (KJV)

Welcome Committee Members greet each person that enters the doors of North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship with warmth and sincerity. We host a brief reception at the end of each service which allows each first time guest to meet the pastor and receive a small token of our appreciation for visiting us.

We also host a quarterly Guest Reception that presents an opportunity for friends that have been visiting to meet the Pastors and Staff and ask specific questions regarding our church. This reception is designed to help guests make an informed choice when considering NDCBF as a church home.
