The Birthday Love Shoebox is designed to provide birthday gifts to children, nursing home residents and the shut-in in need and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. This year we have partnered with Center for Hope Women's Shelter, Urban Action, Prison Ministry, Douglass Community, and Nursing Home residents. Please use the registration form below if you are interested in participating or see a representative in the atrium at the Connection Center on Sundays.
Shoeboxes will be collected from May 5-June 9 until 2pm in the atrium. You may sign-up as a sponsor during the month of May. ALL Birthday Love Boxes are due June 9th.

Boys (Under 8) |
Coloring books, crayons, chalk, stickers, books, bookmarkers, Blazer, transformers. Paw Patrol, puzzles, legos, trucks, cars, sports items, balls, gift cards, and other age-appropriate items. Please also include a toothbrush and toothpaste. |

Hot Wheels, action figures, toy animals, books, bookmarkers, puzzles, legos, trucks, cars, sports items, balls, lotion, deodorant, cologne, gift cards, and other age-appropriate items. Please also include a toothbrush and toothpaste. |

Jewelry, princess stuff (tiara, purse), anything unicorn, Hello Kitty, coloring books, crayons, chalk, stickers, books, bookmarkers, small containers of Play-Doh, puzzles, jump ropes, nail polish, bead kits, and other age-appropriate items. Please also include a toothbrush and toothpaste. |

Large print book puzzles, lotions, body wash, deodorant, socks decorative, lipstick (red or pink), small summer scarves, a simple pen and stationary or note pad. |
| Nursing Home/Shut-in Men |
Deodorant, socks, body wash, dress ties (can be gently used) and handkerchiefs. |
